Olympic Weightlifting
Introduction
This is course would be titled "OLYMPIC Weightlifting" Foundation course and would help students develop their skills in weightlifting movements like Snatch, Clean and Jerk. The course details are as follows....
Title - "Olympic Weightlifting Foundations course"
Duration - 7 weeks including exams and certification
Frequency - Weekend batch ( Saturday and Sunday)
Eligibility - Completed Personal Training course
Content - Theory and Practical sessions
Exam Type - Theory and Practical with 70 % marks compulsory.
