1. ACE: ACE stands for American Council on Exercise. It is the most recognized certification among all the fitness-related certifications. It provides various types of certifications which are considered as the best one among all. 
ACE is accredited by NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) which is an organization that sets the standards for all types of fitness training. Also, there are some prerequisites for getting the ACE personal trainer certification. The minimum age of an individual must be 18 years, they must be CPR/AED certified and they have to crack a proctored final exam.

2. NFPT: The National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) also provides fitness certifications which are also accredited by NCCA. To get this certification, an individual must have 2 years of experience in the fitness industry. Also, this certification is needed to be renewed every year that means the validity of this certification is of one year.

3. IFPA: The full form of IFPA is ‘The International Fitness Professionals Association’. It also provides the high-level Personal trainer certifications which have great recognition in the fitness industry. The accreditation of this association is also from NCCA which is the best organization for the standardization of all the courses and certifications used in the fitness world.

4. NESTA: It stands for the National Endurance and Sports Trainers Association which was established in 1992. It offers a Personal Fitness Trainer certification which is also called the PFT certification. Its certification is valid for 4 complete years and is accredited from NCCA only which makes it a good option to opt for.
